Kishore Moorjani

Founder and CEO

Former Senior Managing Director at Blackstone and Asia Head of the Tactical Opportunities business. Kishore launched Blackstone s presence in Singapore and led numerous investments across Asia Pacific including a very successful investment in La Trobe Financial, Australia's largest credit fund and premier mortgage lender.

Kishore is currently a non-Executive Director of Grosvenor International Investments Limited and a member of the Pension Fund Investment Committee for York University in Toronto. Previously, he served as a member of the Board of Directors at Blackstone Singapore Pte. Ltd., La Trobe Financial, Partners Life Insurance, DCI Data Centres, International Asset Reconstruction Company Limited, and numerous other public and private Boards. He also served as an Advisor to the endowment of the Singapore Management University.

Shawn Low

Co-founder and COO

Former co-founder and Head of Operations at Better (NASDAQ: BETR), a leading digital mortgage lender in the US. Shawn oversaw the establishment of its core mortgage lending and real estate businesses, and led a team of 3,000+ across 5 offices to originate US $30 billion in US residential mortgages. He was named HW Insider by HousingWire, one the leading industry publications for the housing market in the US.

Michelle Tan

Executive Director and Head of Credit

Former Executive Director of Lending Products at Bank of Singapore. Prior to that, Michelle held senior roles at Wachovia, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Standard and Poor's in New York trading and securitizing mortgage assets. Michelle brings 25+ years of experience in mortgage credit analytics, debt capital markets and wealth management in the US and Singapore.

Dixson Ang

Executive Director and Head of Customer Success

With over 15 years of experience as the former Head of OCBC's Premier Mortgage Team and as former Senior Marketing Director at ERA Real Estate, Dixson brings deep expertise in client services and the Singapore property and mortgage markets.

Asad Hassanali

Executive Director and Head of Strategy

Former McKinsey consultant based out of the New York office, with deep experience in financial services and consumer technology. Prior to LXA, Asad was the Strategy and Growth lead at Better (NASDAQ: BETR), a non-bank mortgage lender based in New York.

Ari Bezman

Executive Director and Head of Product

Seasoned product leader with over 15 years of global experience creating leading technology products at companies like Carousell and Google. In Singapore, Ari led Electric8, a regional product and growth consulting firm.

Henry Suryawirawan

Executive Director and Head of Engineering

Former VP of Engineering at Flip and Senior Strategic Cloud Engineer at Google. Henry is the host of the popular podcast Tech Lead Journal with over 200 episodes in conversation with worldwide technical leaders. He has 20 years of experience leading teams and building engineering solutions across different industries.

Lim Wyson

Advisor

Former Head of Consumer Bank and Group Wealth Management at OCBC Bank, bringing 34 years experience in financial services. Wyson has been conferred an IBF Fellowship by the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore.

Raj Dhown

Advisor

Former head of APAC Sales at Nat West Markets, and MD and Head of Strategic Risk Solutions at Citi. Raj brings decades of experience across both Europe and Asia in institutional solutions, risk & capital management and alternative credit.
